Overall, I believe this is a very chaotic time for OpSec. That being said, there is opportunity where there is chaos. I am the Sole person in my role supporting the entire company and this can be overwhelming. I have suggested several times that another full time Salesforce admin would be ideal.

I am most happy when I am given clear direction and expectation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has been extremely helpful and flexible in my first 8 months with OpSec. I cannot think of a single person who has been unwilling to help me navigate my role and the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a very agreeable wage for my experience level. There is never an issue when it comes to me using PTO hours/days. Everyone has been very responsive when I need help and support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team has fully supported my goals and interest to continue to grow and promote within the organization. At times I feel like there is confusion concerning roles and responsibilities, but idunerstand this is a growing pain of business.
