I like the purpose of this company, the people that I work with and work-life balance. The not so exciting areas are - the tools that we sometimes have to work with in an IT company, and the compensation.

Everyone is very independent, but at the same time always ready to help/ assist or advise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is expected to be proactive and put into your daily work extra initiatives, however the compensation remains the same even during the dificult times like these. Better compensation would definitely make me feel more valuable and would not tempt me to look into other companies and opportunities.
