leadership (on the east coast) is great. my regional VP always answers calls from his reps if they need him.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
base salary is decent. the commission structure is only as good as they make it sound once you're pumping out 3-4 sales a month. it's a long sales cycle and hard to do
