What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid very well and have a fair benefit package overall. Money from another company would not be a motivator for me to leave IVCi.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IVCi runs a lot of 'events' and I love that they are open to the entire staff regardless of location. Things like monthly photo contests, walking challenges, wellness seminars... it brings everyone together, and it builds a very positive and sharing culture in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team here at IVCi actually cares about the employees. You're not just a number, there's an amazing human element to it. They are also always looking for ways to improve the company and how we do business. Exploring new ventures and thinking outside the box.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think of the entire company as my 'team' and the best part is everyone has so much knowledge to bring to the table and share. Everyone works together and we never leave someone stuck. Everyone is ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done !
