What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The work environment is good. All the properties are beautiful spaces and it's nice to work there

People are young and friendly. We care about each others feelings and stay professional

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's great to know that the customers are happy with the service you provide but it needs to be the same for the staff especially the cooks.
