It is a really nice package.

The best part about my compensation is the amount of leave time I get, holidays, and also i get to take my insurance into retirement.

A total package deal of insurance, paid leave, and future retirement benefits.

My compensation package is good. So far insurance is competitive and we have a choice. Retirement plan is ok.
