Team is biased to certain individuals - the good ole buddy system regardless of training, knowledge, and skills of others.
My coworkers are not given much direction either so it is a snowball affect. I wish they would be more ok with change and improvement

My immediate group/lab is positive. The overall, larger Unit, Center and Area are very disjointed. You are punished for asking questions from the wrong person. The leaders mistake this civilian work force with military-like institution. Employees are automatically treated as dumb children

I appreciated getting honest answers.
It was a very easy process for me...but I was an exception.
because it is set up to be 'unbiased' the process is ineffectual. The panel does not know what the position is that the candidate is being interviewed for, so they cannot answer questions and can only provide feedback on how well the candidate was able to answer stock questions
