I'm mostly covered by insurance. It is not "the best" as it once was, but it is sufficient.

They are supportive of their workers, view them as colleagues and not subordinates, encourage development - both personal and professional, and provide opportunities to advance.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
because it is set up to be 'unbiased' the process is ineffectual. The panel does not know what the position is that the candidate is being interviewed for, so they cannot answer questions and can only provide feedback on how well the candidate was able to answer stock questions
