What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate group/lab is positive. The overall, larger Unit, Center and Area are very disjointed. You are punished for asking questions from the wrong person. The leaders mistake this civilian work force with military-like institution. Employees are automatically treated as dumb children
under this administration, work-life balance is supported and our work is recognized as important to American agriculture and the economy
