Actively listening to employees instead of assuming that they are clueless. College educated and experienced individuals are hired then treated like they are still in grade school.
I make less than some fast food workers for a job that requires years of school & trainings.

Team is biased to certain individuals - the good ole buddy system regardless of training, knowledge, and skills of others.
My coworkers are not given much direction either so it is a snowball affect. I wish they would be more ok with change and improvement

We need to boost the staff morale
because it is set up to be 'unbiased' the process is ineffectual. The panel does not know what the position is that the candidate is being interviewed for, so they cannot answer questions and can only provide feedback on how well the candidate was able to answer stock questions

Don't hire based on who's related to who.
No one knows how to communicate with each other effectively.
just wish i could sleep a little longer
Equality in all things rather than only using the good ole buddy system. Others have great talents and skills but these people are held back unless they are in that proverbial click. Many leave because of this.
If we had goals and made progress it would make working more exciting
