Holding themselves accountable. Hiring managers that know how to lead, mentor and execute plans.
Anonomous polls need to be taken about leaderahip. Poor communication to employess, BLATANT abuse of power ie scheduling, not giving you breaks, and retaliation is disgustingly obvious. Write a letter or call HR.... it goes right back to the employee and their will be reprucussions
Be logical thinkers, support staff, not have favorite employees
Competive pay, better shift options, flexibilty. Considering staff's ideas and trying them. Maybe a christmas party or summer bbq. Staff league sports, volleyball, softball. There is NO cohesiveness
A bigger pay that adequately reflectors the kind of tasks I take on.
Pay is a little low but vacation is very good.
We are kept divided. The favorites on one side and the not favorites on opposite side.
Better work/life balance. Hire additional staff so we are not constantly understaffed.
Eliminate the large number of managers,especially at the vp and Director level.
Consequences for coworkers who are unable to work as a team.
Have a max # of interviews rather than multiple one on ones.
