What do I like best about the company...leaving everyday
more engagement from top to bottom. we're in desperate need of an infusion of new blood, new talent.
There's too much to name but the facilities are poor, unkept and old. Needs to be bulldozed and built fresh from the ground up.
If my co-workers were open to new ideas that would be a huge step; the existing mantra is "that's the way we've always done it".
Too much to type...this place needs an overhaul from top to bottom. There may be two or three people in the whole facility that are "A" performers.
