Getting fair pay and rewarded for the work I do. Not getting robbed blind by a corporate giant who know they can get away with anything.
Company has a tendancy to sack people without notice or reason. Withholding wages is a criminal offence in the majority of countries. Senior management refuse to even communicate. The company is faceless and would rather ignore, ghost and block instead of dealing with issues. Low pay rates as well.
