Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The manager does a good job keeping the team with the linited resources given
approachable, warming, transparent, for the business
Understanding about concerns regarding work and giving flexibility on where you work when specific situations occur (family event, doctor appointments, etc)
commitment, Sports addicition and none hierarchy approach
At least 2 women now, still too heavily male dominated
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat people with more respect. Start appreciating people also did excellent work building the company before they themselves joined.
I applied to work for them in cust srvc but then I saw a sales the Head of US Advertising role+applied to that but they told me I could only apply for the customer srvc role which I thought was undemocratic - is it because I am a woman? Who has the right to tell me that I can or can't apply?
What is the best part about your compensation package?
additional superannuation, 2 x extra annual leave days,
Almost everything , and the important is every year getting better
My family is safe in case something happens to me
It is adequate to my role
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just follow the market. Let those with local knowledge decide what is appropriate. Also recognise high performance teams, not force the bell curve on local managers by making them downgrade good performers to upgrade high performers.
Admins have a huge responsibility for the salary they get
What are some of the best things about your team?
They help you when you need them
They're all super diverse and interesting individuals
Everybody is master in what they do
My colleagues are always eager to help. I look forward to working with them as they will always help me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my experience there is little positivity about the culture and environment of the company. When you have management that refuse to even be available to communicate with employees tells you all you need to know!

What did you like most about the interview process?
All stakeholdrs were very friendly and easy going helping reduce stress
It was en easy interview.
Also the flip side was presented like work in shifts with a 24/7 need

transparency = equal opportunity for men and women
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting fair pay and rewarded for the work I do. Not getting robbed blind by a corporate giant who know they can get away with anything.

They should not discourage people (women particularly) from wanting to get more powerful roles. There should be equal opportunity for all.
