The work environment at USC bas gone down hill in the last few years with new leadeship in particular in the HR area. Theres a lot of favoritism and treatment towards exiting employees that do not align with the unifying values.

Change its leadership and remove HR leaders

Collaboration, partnership, willingness to work as a team to accomplish goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Favoritism and inconsistent practice in pay depending on who you are
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and recognizing employees. Leadership actions do not align with the unifying values and culture journey. These are all nice things to say but actions do not align.
