What would you most like to see improved at your company?New CRO and new sales management team. Also, a culture that respects sales.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The salespeople at Anomali are pitted against each other by the CRO who came aboard in Nov 2019. Anomali has had 3 CROs in less than a year. Sales management is abusive towards sales people and they're pitted against each other. CEO has a history of hiring abusive sales managers for many years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Sales leadership, including new CRO who came in November of 2019, is abusive and isn't respected. CEO has a history of hiring abusive sales leaders, going back to his days at ArcSight. They need all new sales management, and a very different style that is supportive.
