My department generates most of the revenue
This company pays below industry average but there is not a lot of competition in the local area. Employees don't have a lot of opportunity. Better pay would attract more talent to the company and keep longtime employees loyal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Down to earth hard workers
The team is a good group of hardworking people. They are knowledgeble about their specialties.
