Caring for and accommodating their employees
Communication. Treating staff like humans.
Organization teamwork, communication, leadership, confidence
Communication and not accusations and assumptions
Being supportive and more manageable
With a scratch kitchen being as much work as it and as detailed as it is its pay matches your plain Jane steak house for half the work and half the pressure. Making the joys of cooking and hard work feel unrewarded.
I believe with my knowledge and background that I bring to Cooper's is more than other colleagues.
my value is determined based SOLELY on wine club performance. No other attribute of my character, service, or work ethic have been considered
Review from Customer Success Dept
Because coopers hawks management are unfair
The proper pay based off work performance And also not feeling like im discriminated
They are the only positive people i guess
Act more like adults. Help each other out more often
to stop sleeping with each other is a start as well as pouring 3 to 4 glasses of wine while clocked in. The Tasting Room Attendants are basically Hammered during shift and the managers seem to not care
About 50% of the workers can’t improve, they are just terrible human beings at their core. These people wouldn’t get hired at other jobs with the attitude and work ethic they have here. There is no way to work better together, when the managers do nothing to discipline the bad peo
Language and being professional and respecting one and other
Care about people more often
Positive reinforcement, overall feeling of being valued, letting employees know there is an open door policy and they can discuss anything they have an issue with, responding to HotSchedules messages, making others feel celebrated, not tolerated. Build people up, thank them for working hard!
Equal opportunity to all employees
Supervisors who are properly trained.
Review from Sales Dept
The entire company is shooting itself in the foot at this point. It's basically the McDonald's of Wine now.
Cooks should be oart of the process
A more serious and understanding management.
Review from Operations Dept
maybe not have a manager who sexual harrases his fellow workers
The managers forget when they have interviews scheduled and make people sit for a long time just to get another manager to come out and interview. When I got interviewed for the Service Assistant position, it took 3 interviews over an hour and thirty minutes just to get told I would get a call back.
Need to be honest about the amount of work that needs to be put in. High turnover because people realize the amount of time that is expected of them/the amount of work that needs to get done while having little time to do it.
Cameras need to be placed in all areas to help stop inappropriate relations
Keep retail, retail. Your bartenders don't want to become weaselly used car salesmen for your wine clubs and greed. Or, at least pay us more than 2 dollars an hour to do so.
They food takes forever and they dont care
There's really nothing you can do at this point.
