What did you like most about the interview process?As I mentioned earlier, the peer interview process allows for team members to provide feedback on potential candidates and the organization actually listens!
What makes you most happy at work?People are relaxed and very personable. Plenty of room to grow and learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The adherence to our values as an organization. They invest heavily in their teams and their leaders!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The ability to change the situation/management treatment is not there. Seeking help only results and losing employment. Hierarchy is supported At all cost. sadly, there is great loss of character and integrity as a result. This does not represent the foundation of Trey unfortunately
