Well we as workers we are doing the same job but we not being punished the same way, there's what we call favoritism at work especially wnen it comes to color. e.g say we both arrive late, for sure I'll get the worst punishment that the other one and it's either it's the favorite one or color.
ask for which team you are going into and make sure that manager is humane

How secure do you feel at your job at RSA?
RSA is a dying company. Dell doesn’t know what to do with it, management is failing and clueless and talent is leaving in droves. Including layoffs.
What's the office vibe like at RSA?
Its not the same as before Dell acquired us. Still most people are happy
