Positive Reviews From Lone Star Circle Employees

  • What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference for our patients
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are lots of professional people, of course there is the bad attitude from some but most staff are respectful.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a lot of knowledge exchange and room for growth

Constructive Feedback From Lone Star Circle Employees

  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Resumes always seem to be pulled from Indeed as someone looking but that did not apply for the position. The recruiter could work harder to pull fresh candidates that actually know what position they are applying for
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
50% below market value. As a director my minumum market compensation should have been $150,000. Instead, I made less than my employees for the duration of my employment. Incompetent executives continued to make 3x my salary in the meantime.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Toxic executive culture. Despite working 12+ hours a day to meet impossible, last minute deadlines, we live in constant fear of having inept executives yell at us because they do not understand the day to day business and are looking for scapegoats outside of their inner circle clique.
