I've been with Adobe almost 9 years, and I hope to still be with this company when it's time to retire. Staying here a long time doesn't mean that the job gets boring. In fact, it's always evolving and bringing new opportunities to learn, and new responsibilities and roles.

Team Culture and salary, working environment and travels, sharing and caring, growing personally and professionally.
What's the work from home policy like at Workfront?
the best , flexible to work from home
A lot of employees at Workfront have flexible working arrangements! It all depends on the arrangement you make with your manager. We have fully remote employees as well as employees who work from home 1 or 2 days a week. We also have employees with flex hours, i.e. working from home the last few hours of each day so they can pick up their kids from school.
It's fantastic. Workfront is extremely flexible on working from home, although I think it also does depend on the dept. Some aren't able to work from home as easily as others. But in Product/Dev, it's pretty much work from home as needed, as long as work is getting done.
What do people at Adobe think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Top Employee Response
The CEO has led Adobe through a transformation from a packaged product software company to a cloud services company for both creative products and services as well as enterprise marketing analytics, email campaigns and other marketing services. A unique story of a 30+ year old company totally transforming to a modern services based company with stock price growth to show it.
He is likable and represents the company well. Has lots of "friends" at the top in tech companies. Recently he seems to be struggling with how to grow now that the company has become so much bigger. I doesn't feel like decisions are being made as quickly and the investors are not as optimistic as they used to be.
He's the best ever.
What benefits does Adobe provide?
Top Employee Response
Adobe is very competitive with the Bay Area tech world. Too many benefits to name, but here are some: generous PTO (including two weeks of shutdown - summer break the week of July 4th and the time between Dec 25-Jan 1) and maternity/paternity leaves, they also offer a 4 week paid sabbatical every 5 years. Which is amazing, because not all companies offer a paid sabbatical. They cover Caltrain annual pass and there's a great service that enables employees to hire assistance for a certain number of hours a year for child care of elder care. It's awesome! I've used it a few times for my elderly parents. They also annually offer a salary increase, RSU's and bonus. Cafe serve elevated cuisine, it's not free, but subsidised. A small salad or bowl of soup is about $3. We also get discounts on Adobe products and ability to gift subscriptions of Creative Cloud.
Great health care. A 4 week sabbatical after 5 years, 5 weeks after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter. Discounts on a number of services.
So many -- but the top for me is our family leave policy, sabbatical program and flexible work arrangements.
What should I wear for an interview at Workfront?
For a developer we all wear t-shirts and jeans/shorts. As one of the interviewers, I personally don't care what you wear, only if you are good. If you are worried about it, a dress shirt is more than fine.
I recommend a button up, nice pants, but no need for a tie. Again, that's just me.
Business casual

Decent. People do tend to work hard and long hours, but not excessively so.
Not as imbalanced as at other tech companies but there are a lot of meetings that take up the entire day and then getting work done has to happen after hours.
If it was any better I would feel like I am taking advantage of them

You become close with your co-workers - they can become like family. Having a social life outside of Workfront is as good if not better than working at other companies.
there is a full balance of making to happen both aspects.
If you're not going to school, it's fine. If you're going to school, that's a whole different ball game and would have the same issue at any employer.

Lots of natural light for most areas. Cubicles with some offices. A lot of face-to-face interaction.
confy, cozy, warm, happy
Very open, everyone is easy to talk to.
How much diversity is there among employees at Workfront?
I would not call Workfront diverse. We have 900+ employees and I would be surprised if more than 10 of them are Black. The vast majority of our Sales, IT, and Engineering employees are men. Every member of our executive team is White and every single one of their direct reports (VPs/Directors) are White. That being said, women are well-represented in leadership positions, which is great. I just wouldn't call us diverse.
I'd say we're above average, but we're working on evening it out. There are a lot of women in Workfront, but few in the technical realm. We're also looking for more people of color to join the Workfront family.
Better than average, still could be better. Very few minorities in support.
