With Bonuses we stay ahead of inflation. However with industry and company setbacks It is going to be a struggle.

No accountability from the leaders to acknowledge that they have terrible outdated systems and are harrassing existing members

The insurance is expensive and horrible coverage. Pay should be better for the employees in the branches who keep it running day to day.

Listen to employees and put leaders in leadership roles. Require leadership training.

They need to clean house from middle management all the way and up to the board of directors.

Get rid rid of toxic buddy high school culture

Care more about the employees, hire a new leader team, HR should be more involved on how the employees are treated.

The mission and values speak of thriving, inclusion, and togetherness, but this is only if you agree with the direction of your leadership team. The company needs to ensure leaders are properly trained in its mission and values and can actually lead people in an engaging and servant leadership way.

The interview was awesome they really listened

The ability to interview with the management by zoom

My initial interview was great and the feedback from the HR representative during the process was amazing. However, for all subsequent transfers that I've put in for (didn't get), the communication has been awful. There has been no feedback which I believe internal candidates deserve.

Straight forward and honest. Manager set the expectations for the job in an honest manner.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Hiring practices are convoluted and difficult to navigate. Done 100% remote.

Many internal candidates are never interviewed because HR recruiter selection which short changes candidates who may be benefit from networking, exposure to higher levels of leadership and constructive feedback to learn from the interview experience.

Most supervisors do know the interview process

An interview should not determine what you bring to the table.

During interviews ask about integrity.

This company is positioning itself to sell. Its been talked about for years and its price has never been lower

The company needs to shift from cutthroat solely results driven to a culture that is thriving together and actually inclusive and embracing diversity with a focus on delivery products and services that focus on the wellbeing of others.

Humana premiums are so expensive

They have been giving OT every day including weekends for 2 years. Employees health is deteriorating due to constant labor exploitation

Respect the healthcare staff, nursing staff. We work are butts off because we care and it saves Humana tons of money. SHOW APPRECIATION

Culture must be at company level and not at the team level. Humana gives lot of power to immediate managers and in circumstances where they are not truthful may hurt employees. Hire good managers and make sure, Humana's vision is applied at team level
