Poor leadership causing people to leave
Management can make moves to improve working conditions with functioning equipment and more respect toward their employees. The excellence awards program could be implamented more to build more incentive and community. If employees felt respected and appreciated, more would stay long term.

Poorly designed product is being delivered to Customers. Customers experiences with current On Market releases are going to negatively impact future sales of Abbott products.

Leadership needs to work at improving morale. Managers look to blame and place fault, rather than actually find solutions. Most divisions at Abbott are good to great. (molecular division has some serious morale issues, inequity in the workplace, and toxic culture).
Laid off early in the year and poor previous business objectives have degraded morale. We need to focus and do one thing at a time to ensure quality of product releases.
