My team. Everybody is great to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at ABC has completely transformed over the last couple of years. Everyone is enthusiastic, positive, and receptive to ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can reach out to them with any concerns I have without worrying that they'll hold anything against me. They listen to what I have to say and always do what they can to help better a process or step in when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can ask anyone on my team questions, and they always send their resources or point me to where I can find the answer. We aren't afraid to joke around and ave a good time, but we also work hard to get our jobs done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
External candidates from different industries have been hired and come into my position at a higher rate than me, though I've worked in this position for years and do a good job. It seems you have to go to another company to get a raise to the going rate.
