Company cares about the macro level accomplishments but the individual departments are very hit or miss. My department see little to no recognition and we have it the worst.

Customers who show thanks towards me when working through problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Over the years, the company has introduced a plethora of benefits for the individual employee. Enjoying the extra days off, Open PTO, and the weekly updates from the CEO.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to quit expecting something when it doesn't involve us. Hourly employees receiving a benefit, team expects something as well. Too busy being negative or complaining about the issues rather than powering through it or coming up with a better way to operate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct Manager is heavily engaged, willing to listen to any issues/concerns you may have. Wouldn't be able to tell you the last time I had a 1 on 1 or any discussion with the manager's boss (Director) or the C Level executive who runs the department.
