Bill Davis is a man who models the words he shares and I believe the culture starts at the top.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is evident that compensation is below the pay average. I believe that it would be fair to see pay averages from similar roles to reconcile the discrepancy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The qualities I most appreciate about my team is the positive attitude, the willingness to help, and the knowledge that is shared. I appreciate my team and my direct manager very much!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is a great manager and feel extremely supported. The executive leadership team is thoroughly out of touch with the work in the middle and I don't often see the people that contribute to success be recognized, somehow it is that employee's manager/ leader.
