When our clients are satisfied and not frustrated. I also like helping others and when I can help a client and or a team mate those are happy days!

My team is kind and they truly understand the day to day stress especially lately. They offer to help where they can and they are always willing to share knowledge and updates.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our help desk needs to get where it use to be. We need to not feel bad for asking for escalation to satisfy our clients needs especially with a new club install.
