Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Monetary compensation varies throughout departments. Raises are annual and performance based, but even rave reviews can sometimes mean meager pay increases that don't keep up to inflation. Some benefits are great, others are lackluster. Incentives and bonus pay for some departments don't exist.
