It's been so long I cannot answer this accurately because I don't know what the interview process is now.

It makes me most happy when our clients get what they need and when they do not complaim about how bad the help desk is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current health insurance Cigna is not great. The company only covers 60% of a single plan so a big chunk of my paycheck goes to health insurance. It was easier to “swallow” when it was decent cove
