Great communication from our executives, I like the way they are leading the company in a positive direction. Many great improvements to our sales base.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are decent. Salaried people are on a Open Paid Time Off program so there are no PTO hours to keep track of. The ability to work from home is awesome. Executive team has also introduced more paid time off holidays. Great organization on in house programs, Cooking classes, Community Help
