I feel as a bi-lingual representative I have had to go through many transitions throughout my years with ABC Fitness but learning that new bi-lingual reps are going to be making as much as I make and I have been with the company for 4 years and had to earn my way up to that hourly pay is not fair.

The culture and environment at my company is fast paced, always changing and forever expanding and making new and ambitious strides in the fitness world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I live in Florida and the cost of living is at an all time high. I feel we need to compensate the employees that stood by ABC Fitness a livable wage. New employees are being offered the same hourly rate that took me a couple years to amount to. I should be receiving more than a new employee.
