I've never seen a more dedicated group of people who will do anything to help out their customers. We have a special group of people!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part people are very willing to help each other out. This business is complicated and there's lots of moving parts so no one person has all the answers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The last two years have been challenging for everyone and during that time the leadership team did an amazing job to think not only about the business but the clients and employees. They have shown the ability to adapt/change quickly which gives me great confidence in them.
