Years accumulated at the Job, very familiar with my managers currently in charge, familiar with my coworkers. Feels almost like a family environment.

Its been a long time since going on 9 years. But what i can remember at that time it went quickly. Very positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always eager to communicate with their staff either through surveys, meetings or Bills desk etc. Communication is always key to lead in any industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Top management and their willingness to communicate with us. That is not always possible with our direct Management/supervisors. Mostly because of extreme fast pace of work or work load.
