It's the associates but the managers and team leads are extremely lazy

I enjoy the customers. The majority of the customers are very nice people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stepping up and doing their jobs. They are not held to ANY accountability by the store director. They sit in the training room gossiping about the employees
