Pay is decent but lower than many competitors, management is never willing to bend on scheduling desires but expects you to be flexible with them and will even change schedules that have already been posted without asking, management is old school and thinks they own you. Definitely a boy's club

The most positive is the genuine care for each other's families and wellbeing. We're encouraged to put family first
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Engaging with store teams in lower leadership levels and not just letting Store Directors run things how they choose without maintaining a consistent culture across the board
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many competitors are offering higher starting rates and I bring a lot of prior experience to the table. Leadership is paid such a varying range, it's unacceptable. Peers shouldn't have significant differences. One lead shouldn't earn $11 while another earns $20. Too big of a difference
