The whole freight team work. There are no slackers. Completely different than team members who work on the floor. Manager is the best.
The store manager should be aware of the quality of new hires. Know which department managers that are horrible at hiring good workers.
The lack of discernment of department managers. Management does nothing to improve team members work ethic. Allows team members to be unproductive. Putting the work on the few who have a good work ethic. Which causes conflict, drama, and resentment.
