Mamagemt is top heavy yet inconsistent. Some do not care whether or not freight gets done, nor if there is adequate staff to accomplish door to Floor goal. Rules are inconsistently applied. Employee morale is very low leading to poor attendance. Team leads lare negative and lack leadership abilities
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistency. Employee development and opportunities for growth. Staffing to accomplish hoals. Most of us are burned out and leaving. Leadership in general is lacking beyond the rally cry for osats and credit cards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My management kept me at part time status while I worked for 6 months at full time. I was denied leave compensation and benefits until corporate stepped in to intervene. I was treated unfairly by management. After I got help from corporate, managers were negative towards me and I am quitting.
