it was going good when i first started, then after about 5 or 6 months working here everything starting going down hill

they work hard and we actually get along

the only postive thing is probably my co workers

the manager that interviewed me was getting to know me as best as he could
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
whats going wrong is that my co workers are getting paid a whole dollar or two more than me and they have been here for a shorter amount of time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Come to find out the co workers that have been working here for a shorter amout of time than me are getting 2 dollars more than i am. So i feel very undervalued
