Team is willing to help one another and our customers but poor scheduling and management hurts team moral
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Relaying their expectations to those who work for them. Also make sure that employee's get a break when they work 6 plus hour shifts. Better scheduling to accomodate customer flow and allow for adequate employee breaks.
