I have enjoyed my time at academy the last 2 years. The last servers months have been rough with the new gm but hopefully it gets better

Yes, I am never taken seriously, and my managers don’t listen to my concerns even
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the guys I work with and most of the time it is a chill work environment. Everyone stays in their lane and gets the job done.
