The department managers disrespect the employees consistantly and are always talked down on instead of encouraged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers that uplift eachother while our managers talk down on us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team even though we always get rude or disrespectful comments, they're very helpful to employees and customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to learn how to encourage their associates and respect them. Theres no reason to constantly say negative and disrspectful things to their asscociates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I work no one see's what i do, i work at footwear and at times im helping multiple customers at a time. As soon as I stand in the middle of the department so customers can vividly see and aproach me for assistance any one of the managers will assume and tell us we never do nothing.
