I'm not liking the way they promote me but still can't give me a raise and I'm already doing the job and the fact that I'm always going to work but the one day I can't make it they want to get mad at me

I feel undervalued because I keep getting the run around when I ask to get help about my pay since they promoted me to a cashier lead I've been doing the job but not gotten a raise
