    Vacation policy is PTO only. Number of days is fixed by role level and is not negotiable. Only 9 paid holidays in the US and only one personal day per year. Zero sick days; you must use your bank of PTO time if you are sick.

    Depends on where you work, and your tenure. Most people get a minimum of 2 weeks, I get 4, cause I am a mid-level manager (level 7)

    I think most people in the US get 2 or 3 weeks PTO, or more. In Europe, they seem to get more.

    in my country, 10 working days, first 5 years, then 15 till 10 years, then 20 days

    i think it’s great no difference between vacation/sick/pto time. You accrue hours each pay period.
