
Operations team leadership usually comes from other workforces. They will operate much like the Consulting or Strategy leadership. Usually they are very capable individuals and team leaders.
The leadership is good. It will also vary from project to project and leader to leader. Some are better and stronger than others.
I've enjoyed all the leaders I've interacted within Operations. All are fair and open to new ideas.
Secretive. Hard working but unable to lead due to too many reports and customer service issues/distractions.
Sometimes they seem to have their heads in the sand
Trying to overcompensate their shortcomings
