What do you like best about the leadership team?I have only worked for a few months, but so far they have been attentive to my questions and needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I have not been offered a stock/equity plan and not sure if there is one. However, the medical insurance plan that I have is pretty good compared to some others that I have had where some of my doctors did not want to accept.
What did you like most about the interview process?Worked around my schedule - Skype
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm just a number in their system sometimes. They just want to get me hired permanently so they can get their payout.
