aside from my director, all leadership/executive leadership demonstrably does not care about the teachers in their classrooms. I have had the displeasure of having to work at sites other than my own, and a blind eye is turned to awful work culture. money for the higher ups is all Acelero cares about

This is my only "complaint" As an EHS Teacher we're molding the minds of the youngest group of kids. Although I love my job and most that it entails. The salary for me does not come close to the cost of living or what is feasible for a single adult to survive and especially not one with children.
Right now we are getting paid extra to work with the potential of getting sick with Covid. Which many of us has had at least once if not more. We have been exposed to RSV and the Flu. Soon the extra pay will be taken away. The cost of living has gone up so much. Is it worth the risk?

The best thing about my team is that they are very positive and understanding people. They all are kind and experienced in childcare. We work very well together by communicating the needs of the children as well as the needs of the teachers. We treat each other respectfully and uplift each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment is the diversity of the whole company. We have people from all walks of life come through the doors. Whether it is a child and their family, or a teacher, everyone has a smile and a positive attitude when they enter the building.
There is so much frustration and malcontent around me at all times. It gets uncomfortable and draining.
The company it self can listen to employees when we are giving valuable information that will help the company in the long run

that I can teach the kids and learn about each childs goals in the class and make sure they are safe and happy

Seeing the student and getting to know them
every day I feel challenged in a positive way
Just seeing the smile on the kids' faces and making them laugh is what makes me the most happy at work. Seeing them learn and grow each and everyday makes me the most happy as well.
New leadership, listen to your staff more, better compensation, better health benefits, change of culture
A different curriculum would make things alot better . Field trips , time out of the building .
I fell like what I do is just clean and sanitize and nothing to do with help the teacher with the class .I fell like janitorial and not a teacher assistant .
honestly the upper management could stand to come to the sites more, and they could more than stand to see how these sites actually function day to day. Everyone acts better when their boss in the room, but it's a front. I have seen a teacher force feed a child out of anger and that is the tip of it
