It has been a wonderful experience ever since I first became apart of this company. I believe this is the best job I have ever had. The kids and their families are amazing as well as the other staff and management. It is very fulfilling working at Acelero.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the Fearless Pay Program. I am being paid a higher wage temporarily thanks to this program. The monthly child care credit bonus every month is also a plus.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just seeing the smile on the kids' faces and making them laugh is what makes me the most happy at work. Seeing them learn and grow each and everyday makes me the most happy as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the the leadership team communicates with me daily to give me feedback and advice for my position. They also treat me respectfully and they help me resolve any issues I may face on the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that they are very positive and understanding people. They all are kind and experienced in childcare. We work very well together by communicating the needs of the children as well as the needs of the teachers. We treat each other respectfully and uplift each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment is the diversity of the whole company. We have people from all walks of life come through the doors. Whether it is a child and their family, or a teacher, everyone has a smile and a positive attitude when they enter the building.
