
I like that they are very welcoming they believe in promoting from the inside and that they offer tremendous support to ensure that you have all the tools that you need to be successful as your transition into your new position.
They allow you to take time for yourself to be with family and take care of things happening outside of the company. They understand some ofour struggles at work and make great efforts to assist in fnding a new process or strategy to correct any issues.
One of the things that I appreciate most is that our FSH Director has a leadership style that is very supportive of staff while also keeping the needs of the families at the forefront. In turn, our Coordinators are very supportive of us as frontline workers.

The leadership needs to be present in the center speak to the staff one on one and get a better understand on wants going on and not just what a report stats it happening
Leadership need to get better at taking employees complain serious, they also need to make sure they hired people with ethics and values. Leadership do not need to force 2 individuals getting along when there has been enough disrespectful situations that make both feel uncomfortable.
Communication with each other and work as a team.
The additional pay that we are getting now has really been wonderful and impactful for my family. This has been a key factor as to why I have stayed and has alleviated some of the stress. The paid time off benefits are excellent as well. It allows us that time to renew and refresh.
The best Part about my compensation is the PTO
I feel that our compensation package is comprehensive -- the paid time off is fantastic! The one thing that I wish could be better is the deductible for our health insurance coverage (it is $2,000 per year).

During COVID my pay has increased to what I feel is a fair wage. If that is taken away I will be struggling.
With the cost of living rising drastically and fast food places hiring at almost what I'm making with a bachelor's degree it is hard to feel like I'm being compensated fairly. Also even though I enjoy my job, it isn't easy and can be stressful.
I feel undervalued because it's all about reports and not about the staff and families. It will make me feel better about compensation if we got pay more and if their was pay raises
i am paid the same as others just entering the company- i do not feel valued for my tenure. there aren't opportunities to increase my compensation, no matter my workload. the zone i am responsible for is the same size as a zone split by two of me, yet i make the same for double the workload
I have been a HS employee for 25 years and feel I should be compensated for my years of service to first and foremost the families and also to the community.

I really enjoy working with the my FSH co-workers at our Center. We've been together for a few years and work well together. My co-workers are professional and resourceful as well as caring and pleasant to work with.

it is hard to blend to companies with different expectations and understandings together
There seem to be an big problem in the filter of hiring, I personally have a terrible coworker in Centerville Acelero, a person mature enough in age (50's) but extremely immature, always looking for fights/drama/screams/put is speaker phone everyone all day. Is almost unbelievable, so unethical.
My coworkers should complete their work before it is reassigned to another. If I could trust my coworkers I would feel comfortable working with them, however I don't. I have no interest in this job environment to interact with colleagues, my goal is to complete work and meet deadlines then go home.

I am not micro managaed. They give me the trust to get the job done and when I ask for support,I get it.
Our FSH team is very supportive of one another. We have the added benefit of also getting along well. I also feel that our delegate as a whole is encouraged to practice positive regard with each other. While we may fall short sometimes, I do feel that we have made progress.
To be able to provide families a better future is a blessing
Just the way everyone is helpful and supportive and gets along.
I been in other centers and there is more professionalism everywhere except in Centerville, CENTERVILLE NEED HELP, need a lot of trainings to practice some professionalism in every aspect of the job.

The variety of the work I do and how it impacts the community
I sincerely enjoy the families/children with whom we work. Interacting with the children is always a bright spot in the day. I also really appreciate my co-workers and our direct supervisors.
Provide families with the best customer service
I feel like I just get burned out and a lot of the work is repetitive.
No support or communication from senior leadership. Everything is about what not happening instead of speaking and seeing what is really happening in the center. To improve senior leadership needs to stop being on camera and be present in classroom, speaking to staff and families.
we are understaffed and underpaid

There is no communication between leadership it self and then the people working in the centers. At the end of the day we hear everything, but the delevery and the messes are being fixed by alot of people in small jobs.
