Overall its good. I wish we had separate sick days. I am a single mom with three kids so sometimes worry about having enough PTO if something happened. It is also hard seeing the teachers receive bonuses constantly and the Shine employees not getting them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the way everyone is helpful and supportive and gets along.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like I just get burned out and a lot of the work is repetitive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the cost of living rising drastically and fast food places hiring at almost what I'm making with a bachelor's degree it is hard to feel like I'm being compensated fairly. Also even though I enjoy my job, it isn't easy and can be stressful.
